BOL7 Technologies is hiring an experienced Accounts Executive for our Noida Sector 16 office. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage daily accounting operations, financial records, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of accounting experience and hands-on expertise in Tally. Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries using Tally.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify account balances.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
- Generate accounting reports for management.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related discipline.
- Additional accounting certifications will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
