KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for personnel management and development of the employees who report to the Production Manager, with responsibility for ensuring that they have the right skills according to roles and tasks
- Responsible for daily management of all stages of production, with a focus on optimizing and producing efficiently
- Responsible for planning operations and staffing in the short and long term
- Responsible for keeping professionally up-to-date with regard to regulations/norms, contracts, the company's management, and business system
- Responsible for ensuring that the company's KHMS requirements are met in production, including registration and follow-up of deviations, risk assessment, and actively contributing to protecting the external environment
- Responsible for budget in the production department
- Ensure production efficiency by setting targets and plans for continuous improvement, anchoring and following up on these




- Facilitate a good and constructive working environment based on mutual respect and trust in line with our values
- Reporting
- Active contributor to the management team in NordicEPOD to ensure target achievement, customer focus, and necessary further development
- Be a driving force in standardization and improvement of processes.
- Responsible for following the HSE procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Technical background in electrical/mechanical with work experience from projects and work management, as well as experience and knowledge in relevant professional areas
- 12-15 years' experience from a similar position
- Economic understanding
- Analytical and problem-solving
- Good oral and written presentation skills in English
- High degree of accuracy and structure in the work
- Valuable communication skills and be cooperative
- Have good IT skills
