- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Pega Development
- Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification (Pega 7.x or above) Mandatory
- Hands-on experience in Pega 7.x / Pega 8+
- Minimum 1 year of Constellation experience – Mandatory
- Experience in Workflow development and Blueprint
- Solid design and development experience in Pega applications
- Experience working in Agile projects
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently
