We are hiring Mechanical and Electrical BIM Engineers/Modelers with strong Revit expertise and a passion for precision and innovation.

What You'll Do

Mechanical BIM Modeler (HVAC / Plumbing / Fire Fighting)

- Develop and maintain BIM models for HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems.
- Create construction-ready BIM models from IFC drawings and project specifications.
- Generate detailed shop drawings, documentation, and fabrication drawings.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Revit & Navisworks.
- Create and manage parametric Revit families.
- Coordinate with BIM Coordinators and project teams to ensure model accuracy and quality.

Electrical BIM Modeler

- Develop BIM models for Power, Lighting, ELV & Containment systems.
- Prepare load schedules, cable sizing,



tray sizing, and electrical schematics.
- Ensure compliance with DEWA & Dubai Civil Defense standards.
- Produce coordinated BIM deliverables for construction and fabrication.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.

What We're Looking For

Experience

- 3 to 8 years of experience in BIM Modeling.
- Experience in Mechanical or Electrical BIM projects.
- Gulf/Middle East project experience is an added advantage.
- LOD 300 & LOD 400 experience will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills

- Revit (Mandatory)
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks

- MEP Modeling

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
