Location: (Chennai & Hyderabad) location only - Onsite (5 Days Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift (9:30 PM 6:30 AM IST) – Two-way cab facility and shift allowance provided

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with robust expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and Containerization to manage and scale enterprise Kubernetes platforms across AWS and hybrid/on-premises environments. The role involves building highly available, secure, and automated infrastructure for mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer Kubernetes clusters (RKE2/EKS).
- Implement and manage on-premises Kubernetes environments.
- Design High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
- Implement backup and recovery solutions using tools such as Velero, Kasten, Portworx, or Longhorn.
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform.




- Build and optimize CI/CD and GitOps pipelines.
- Monitor platform health using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or similar tools.
- Implement security controls including IAM, RBAC, and secret management.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform reliability.

Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years of DevOps and Kubernetes experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing on-premises Kubernetes clusters.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Rancher, Docker, and Containerization.
- Experience with AWS (EKS, IAM, VPC).
- Hands-on Terraform experience.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Flux).
- Experience designing HA, Backup, and Disaster Recovery solutions.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.

Preferred Skills

- Banking or other regulated industry experience.
- Certifications such as CKA, CKAD, AWS Certified Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer, or HashiCorp Terraform Associate.
