- Lead turnkey interior fit-out projects from award to handover.
- Plan, execute and monitor project schedule, quality, safety and cost.
- Manage Project Engineers, Site Engineers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement and resource deployment.
- Conduct weekly project reviews and submit progress reports.
- Manage project risks and resolve site issues proactively.
- Ensure successful project delivery within time, budget and quality requirements.
- Execute day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate Civil, Interior and MEP works.
- Supervise subcontractors and monitor productivity.
- Ensure work quality and compliance with drawings.
- Prepare daily progress reports and material requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing and client approvals.
- Support timely project completion.
