Role & responsibilities

* Monitor daily production and achieve shift-wise production targets.

* Execute production plans and monitor Plan vs. Actual performance.

* Ensure effective manpower deployment and productivity.

* Perform capacity analysis (Machine & Manpower) and improve utilization.

* Prepare daily production reports and shift-end handover communication.

* Track production efficiency, downtime, and OEE.

* Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Stores for uninterrupted production.

* Ensure compliance with Safety, 5S, SOPs, and quality standards.

* Drive continuous improvement, Kaizen, and productivity enhancement initiatives

Required Skills

* Knowledge of Metal Stamping / Press Shop operations

* Production Planning & Capacity Analysis

* MTTR, MTBF, Tool Performance Analysis

* OEE, Productivity & Downtime Analysis

* MS Excel and ERP knowledge preferred

* Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
