Key Responsibilities
- Act as a cybersecurity Presales consultant with a strong focus on the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services,and Insurance) sector.
- Understand customer business and technical requirements and recommend appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposals to customers.
- Prepare RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and technical documentation based on customer requirements.
- Design end-to-end cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to develop winning solution strategies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and technical expertise.
Technical Skills (Hands-on experience in at least 3 of the following domains is mandatory)
SSE / ZTNA
- Zscaler
- Netskope
- SkyHigh
- Forcepoint
(Experience in any two preferred.)
Endpoint Security
- CrowdStrike

- Trend Micro
(Experience in any two preferred.)
Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Forcepoint DLP
- Trellix DLP
Vulnerability Management
- Tenable
- Qualys
Web Application Firewall (WAF), DDoS & Bot Management
- F5
- Cloudflare
- Akamai
- Radware
(Experience in any two preferred.)
SOC & SIEM
- Good understanding of SOC processes.
- Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, IBM QRadar, ArcSight, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- 612 years of experience in Cybersecurity Presales or Solution Architecture.
- Prior experience working with BFSI customers (Banking, Insurance, or NBFC).
- Strong experience in customer requirement gathering, solution design, and RFP responses.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust presentation,stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
