We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 4–5 years of experience in molecular diagnostics to drive strategic business growth and establish partnerships with RML Pathology and leading healthcare institutions in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should possess an M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences, with solid technical expertise in Genetics, PCR, RT-PCR/qPCR, Sanger Sequencing, Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), and molecular diagnostic technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, delivering scientific and technical presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and achieving business growth targets within the diagnostics and genomics sector.
