Job Title: Senior Manager MSP Alliances & Strategic Accounts -Recruitment/Staffing Sales (USA Market)
Location: Manyata Tech Park - Bangalore, KA (Onsite)
Shift Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new enterprise and mid-market business opportunities across diverse industries in North America.
- Cultivate robust executive relationships with Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, and MSP/VMS stakeholders.
- Mentor a team of Business Development professionals to optimize pipeline growth and prospecting.
- Generate qualified meetings through account research, market intelligence, and multi-channel outreach.
- Position specialized staffing and workforce solutions tailored to specific client hiring landscapes.
- Partner with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Qualifications
- Possess 5 to 10 years of business development experience in staffing, MSP, or RPO environments.
- Track record of securing new business through strategic prospecting and consultative sales.
- Skilled at engaging and presenting to senior Procurement, HR, and Talent Acquisition leaders.
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and cultivate high-performing Business Development teams.
- Expert user of CRM and prospecting tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Highly organized professional capable of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles independently.
