Handle transporter/vendor management, rate negotiations, and KPI monitoring

Ensure compliance with ICEGATE, FTP, and DG/IMDG hazardous cargo regulations
Coordinate customs clearance, CHA activities, and port operations at JNPT/Mumbai Port
