Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Module Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP GTS, solution architecture capabilities, and hands-on experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, global process owners, and cross-functional SAP teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality global trade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP GTS implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS support projects.
- Design end-to-end Global Trade Compliance solutions based on business requirements.
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and prepare Functional Specifications.
- Configure and support SAP GTS modules including:
- Compliance Management
- Customs Management
- Risk Management
- Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening
- Embargo Checks
- Legal Control
- Preference Processing
- Product Classification
- Export Management

- Lead solution design discussions with business stakeholders.
- Integrate SAP GTS with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SD, MM, FI, Logistics, EWM, and TM.
- Coordinate with ABAP teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
- Review Functional & Technical Specifications and support SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Production deployments.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues.
- Prepare solution architecture and technical design documentation.
- Drive project planning,



effort estimation, governance, and delivery.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.
- Participate in client workshops, executive presentations, and steering committee meetings.
- Support Hypercare and Production stabilization activities.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of hands-on SAP GTS consulting experience.
- Overall SAP experience of 10+ years preferred.
- Strong expertise in SAP GTS architecture, configuration, and solution design.
- Experience in at least 23 end-to-end SAP GTS implementations.
- Experience in AMS support and global rollout projects.
- Strong expertise in:
- Compliance Management
- Customs Management
- SPL Screening
- Legal Control
- Product Classification
- Embargo Checks
- Export Control

- Hands-on experience integrating SAP GTS with:

- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP ECC
- SAP SD
- SAP MM
- SAP FI

- Good understanding of IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, ALE, and middleware integration.
- Experience preparing Functional Specifications for ABAP developments.
- Strong debugging and production support experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in global delivery environments.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SAP Activate methodologies.
