- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure productive production, quality control, and safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction, process optimization, and productivity enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 18-25 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing management or related field.
- Proven track record in implementing lean manufacturing principles and achieving operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of plant management best practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
