- Post insurance payments, EOBs, ERAs into PMS systems
- Maintain 100% accuracy in posting and reconciliation
- Identify posting discrepancies and escalate when required
- Work closely with AR, QA, and Operations teams
- Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare and HIPAA standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Payment Posting
- Strong understanding of EOB/ERA formats
- Experience with US dental or medical RCM preferred
- Good English reading comprehension
- Ability to work in US Shift
- Fast learner, disciplined, and detailoriented
