Role & Responsibilities:

- Edit short-form (Reels/YouTube Shorts) and long-form video content for client brands and in-house content
- Work with raw footage, AI-generated clips, and stock assets to create polished, on-brand videos
- Add captions, transitions, sound design, color correction, and light motion graphics
- Deliver a minimum of 2 videos per day and 60 videos per month, working from a fixed monthly content calendar
- Collaborate closely with the content and creative team to align on trends, pacing, and storytelling
- Stay updated on short-form platform trends and bring fresh editing ideas to improve content performance

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Hands-on experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm for short-form content




- Basic knowledge of videography/cinematography is a plus
- Portfolio or past edited work is mandatory for application
- Graduation not required we prioritize skill and portfolio over degrees
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Indore this is a full time, on-site role
