Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience building and owning backend systems in production
- Strong hands-on experience in Golang, Java, or another language built for concurrency and multithreading.
- Deep,
practical knowledge of MongoDB schema design that mirrors real business logic, not just CRUD operations.
- A track record of shipping and owning features end-to-end, not just closing tickets.
- Sharp analytical instincts you break a problem down before you start typing code.
- Working knowledge of design patterns and what actually makes a system scalable and secure, not just functional.
- Strong communication you can explain a technical trade-off to a non-engineer in simple term
- Good to have Exposure to React, Redux, or other modern frontend stacks.
- Experience in fintech, wealthtech, or another regulated workplace.
