Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Finance to manage accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and banking activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, SAP, MIS reporting, and financial controls while ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and monitor accounting entries relating to invoices, provisions, accruals, advance adjustments, and journal vouchers in SAP.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and support external auditors by providing timely information and documentation.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports for decision-making.
- Generate customer invoices, sales invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and ensure timely submission to stakeholders.
- Extract and analyze financial reports from SAP to support business and management requirements.
- Manage banking operations including account reconciliations, online payments, fund transfers, and coordination with banking partners.
- Prepare TDS and GST workings, ensure timely filing of statutory returns, and coordinate with tax consultants.




- Support Income Tax assessments, GST assessments, Tax Audits, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, CRM, Procurement, Projects, and Corporate Finance for smooth financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, SOPs, and company policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning activities.
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- CA Inter / MBA Finance / CMA will be an added advantage.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ERP is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Financial Functions, MIS Reporting).
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
