Job Summary

The Digital & Data team is leading an internal effort to digitally transform and revolutionize every aspect of the company. Our goal is to accelerate the company’s technology and data capabilities, propelling the company into the next century of digital innovation and success.

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist who will partner with digital product teams and business stakeholders to design, build, and deliver durable, differentiating analytical and AI models using the company’s data as the catalyst. This role focuses on production-ready models that drive measurable business outcomes across operations, safety, project delivery, finance, and other enterprise domains.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA)



to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights within large and complex datasets.
- Design and develop advanced predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models to address complex business problems.
- Lead initiatives in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics.
- Develop, validate, and productionize statistical and machine learning models that support enterprise decision-making.
- Partner with digital product teams to embed models into applications, workflows, and decision platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in data science, advanced analytics, or applied machine learning.
- Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end model development from problem framing through deployment.
