We are looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to help deliver exceptional customer

experiences by engaging directly with our user community. In this role, you will interact with

customers, Community Experts, and internal partners to provide help, drive engagement, and surface

insights that improve product experience and self-service.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys supporting users, solving

problems, and working at scale in a fast-moving environment.

What You ll Do
- Engage directly with customers in Adobe s online communities and engagement platforms
- Respond to customer questions with high-quality, helpful, and empathetic responses aligned

with Adobe brand and tone guidelines
- Maintain community content quality by identifying solutions, improving thread clarity, and

supporting moderation standards
- Support and execute initiatives that increase community
