We are looking for a talented Digital Analytics Specialist with a robust background in analytics, digital media, and eCommerce. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision-making, the ability to work independently, and the skill to collaborate across divisions to achieve business goals. This role will involve implementing advanced data exploration techniques and providing actionable insights to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Synthesize data to address core business questions by analyzing the what, why, and how of business applications, contributing to marketing strategy through representation of the marketing technology team in business meetings and third-party engagements.
- Partner with business owners to analyze customer behavior through segmentation studies and consumer interactions with the business and/or website.
- Lead efforts to provide strategic recommendations informed by a deep understanding of customer behavior and segmentation insights.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital analytics,



with a focus on data storytelling and visualization.
- Develop and deliver regular and ad hoc analytical reports tailored to business needs.
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot site enhancements and key user flows to proactively identify reporting or tracking issues and detect shifts in customer behavior.
- Collaborate with product owners, hotel strategy teams, booking engine stakeholders, revenue managers, and web development teams to maintain regular monitoring of business health and site performance.
- Document digital analytics processes in Confluence and manage enhancement requests through JIRA tickets.
- Use tools such as Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, Hightouch CDP, and Microsoft Excel to analyze and report on site performance and user profiles, presenting insights to senior leadership.
