Lead a variety of Analog and Mixed signal IC projects in GaN BL.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead end-to-end development of analog and mixed-signal ICs, from architecture definition through silicon validation and production release.
- Architect and design high-performance analog building blocks for Power Management IC (PMIC) applications.
- Drive key technical decisions, design reviews, risk assessments, and project execution activities.
- Collaborate closely with system architects, digital design teams, layout engineers, validation engineers, and product engineering groups.
- Define and implement robust design methodologies, verification plans, and silicon debug strategies to ensure first-pass success.
- Lead silicon characterization activities, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution during production ramp-up.
- Interface with customers, applications engineers, and stakeholders to translate system-level requirements into optimized IC solutions.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and senior design engineers.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead multiple analog and mixed-signal IC development projects within the GaN Business Line.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Analog and Mixed-Signal IC Design.
- Strong analog design fundamentals and deep understanding of semiconductor device physics.
- Proven experience in the design and development of:
- Voltage Regulators
- Power Management ICs (PMICs)
- Gate Drivers
- Current Sensing Circuits
- Protection Circuits
- Experience leading complex IC development programs from concept to production.
- Solid problem-solving, debugging, and silicon bring-up skills.
