ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Client Partner carries
full accountability for the performance of their Practice
, combining search leadership with P&L; ownership.
The role sits at a level where individual execution is no longer the primary measure of contribution; the practice's revenue, its people, and its standing in the market are.
Business ownership, team leadership, and recent client acquisition are the foundations of the role. The incumbent is expected to think and operate like an owner of the practice, and this includes responsibility for the practice's revenue and margins, for the growth and development of the team within it, and for expanding Grassik's presence with new clients in the sector.
The role also demands intellectual range.
The incumbent must stay well read, across their sector, the broader talent market, and the macroeconomic and business trends that shape client decisions. This is not a peripheral expectation; it directly determines the quality of counsel the incumbent can offer clients and the credibility they carry in senior rooms.
