The Opportunity

Were looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, analytically-minded Senior Member Engagement Manager, Lifecycle to join Carrots Growth Engagement team. In this role, youll be responsible for end-to-end project management, QA, and data analysis - driving development, launch, and optimization of member-facing email, SMS, and Push communications that guide a member through a personalized health journey. Candidates should have proven experience in launching member-facing lifecycle programs and one-off growth campaigns from the ground-up, optimizing existing automated experiences, proactively keeping stakeholders updated, and conducting performance analysis and reporting that guides program optimization.
