Tradeila runs a high-volume, WhatsApp-first B2B sales funnel across luggage, bags, sanitaryware, and hardware categories. We need a telecaller who has actually worked the phones for a B2B lead marketplace - JustDial or IndiaMART experience specifically - and knows how to qualify a low-trust cold lead, keep them engaged, and hand off a warm, sales-ready prospect fast.

Key Responsibilities:
- Call and qualify inbound leads generated via IndiaMART, JustDial, Tradeila's website, and WhatsApp broadcasts.
- Run structured qualification calls: buyer intent, order quantity, product category, budget, and location, before handing off to sales representatives.
- Handle high call volumes daily (60-100+ dials) with consistent script discipline and tone.
- Build initial trust with skeptical, price-sensitive B2B buyers who are used to being cold-called by multiple suppliers.
- Follow up on unresponsive leads via call and WhatsApp on a defined cadence until qualified or disqualified.
- Log every call outcome, lead status, and next action in Zoho CRM in real time.




- Coordinate handoff of qualified leads to the relevant category sales representative (bags/luggage or sanitaryware/hardware) with complete context.
- Meet daily/weekly call and qualified-lead targets.
- Escalate recurring objections or lead-quality issues to the Sales Manager.

- Proven ability to handle high call volumes daily with consistent lead qualification quality.
- Comfortable working WhatsApp as a primary follow-up channel alongside calls.
- Clear, confident spoken Hindi and English; able to hold a qualified B2B conversation, not a retail/consumer script.
- Basic computer literacy - comfortable logging data into a CRM in real time.
