Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst Campaign Analyst specializing in the Retail Sector. In this role, you will focus on analysing retail marketing campaigns, generating actionable insights, and enabling our clients to make data-driven marketing decisions that enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

Campaign Performance Analysis: Conduct deep analysis of marketing campaigns to evaluate effectiveness, ROI, customer engagement, and overall impact.
Data Collection and Preparation: Build and maintain clean, organized datasets using SQL, AWS Redshift, and Python to support analytical needs.
Customer Insights: Develop insights on customer segmentation, purchasing patterns, and behaviour to inform targeted marketing strategies.
Dashboard Creation: Design and build dynamic dashboards and reports using advanced Excel and visualization tools for campaign performance tracking.
Optimization and A/B Testing:



Perform A/B tests and multivariate analyses to optimize campaign strategies and measure success.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align campaign insights with business goals and support data-driven decision-making.
Data Documentation: Document processes and data flows for transparency and repeatability of campaign analyses.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in data analysis, campaign analytics, or retail marketing analytics.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, with advanced SQL skills preferred.
Experience working with AWS Redshift for managing large datasets and analytical tasks.
Solid skills in Excel for data organization, reporting, and analysis.
Exposure to Salesforce CDP (Customer Data Platform) or other campaign management platforms.
