Job Title: Head Electronics Electrical (Senior Manager)

Department: Production/Quality

Reports To: Chairman

Employment Type: Full time

Role responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day manufacturing activities related to electrical and electronic products.
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Analyze production issues and provide technical solutions to minimize downtime and improve output.
- Review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, circuit layouts, and technical drawings.
- Provide technical support for electrical panels, control systems, PLCs, sensors, motors, VFDs, relays, and electronic assemblies.
- Ensure proper testing, validation, and quality inspection of electrical and electronic products before dispatch.
- Coordinate with design and RD teams for new product introduction (NPI) and engineering changes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies.




- Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
- Monitor production KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce rejection.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and quality management systems.
- Train production operators on manufacturing processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
- Work closely with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability and smooth production flow.

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial control panels, motors, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, and power distribution.
- Good understanding of electronic components, PCBs, controllers, sensors, relays, power supplies, and embedded systems.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
