Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant
with
3-6 years of skilled experience
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
consulting and Workday Adaptive Planning
, with the ability to understand business requirements, translate them into effective planning solutions, and support organizations in improving their financial planning and analysis processes.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable planning solutions, optimize existing processes, and ensure successful adoption of Workday Adaptive Planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements, financial planning processes, challenges, and objectives




- Provide consulting and functional expertise across Workday Adaptive Planning solutions
- Analyze existing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes and recommend improvements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and effective Adaptive Planning solutions
- Configure and maintain Adaptive Planning models, dimensions, sheets, versions, assumptions, reports, dashboards, and planning structures
- Support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, financial modeling, and management reporting processes
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to design planning models aligned with organizational requirements
- Assist in data integration, data validation, and reconciliation between Adaptive Planning and other enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions while maintaining data accuracy and system performance
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, solution walkthroughs, user training, and knowledge
