We are seeking an experienced
Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
with robust expertise in
Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (CE), Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure
.

The ideal candidate will have a strong functional and technical understanding of CRM solutions and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions. Experience with
Copilot, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and AI-driven CRM capabilities
is highly desirable.

The role will involve solution architecture, technical consulting, design reviews, customer engagement, presales support, practice development, and mentoring of technical teams.

Experience:
10+ years in CRM/Enterprise Applications, including 4+ years with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Architecture

Primary Skills:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, Power Platform, Power Apps

Secondary Skills:
Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot, Azure, AI Builder, CRM Integrations

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design




- Define end-to-end solution architecture for
Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform
implementations.
- Design solutions across CRM modules such as
Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Insights
.
- Translate business requirements and user stories into detailed technical and functional designs.
- Conduct
fit-gap analysis, design workshops, technical assessments, and proof-of-concepts
.
- Follow a
standard functionality-first approach
, using customizations only when required.
- Design scalable
Dataverse entity models, workflows, security models, business processes, and user experiences
.
- Define technical frameworks and architecture for projects and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Power Platform & Copilot
- Architect and implement solutions using
Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI
.
- Design
Copilot-enabled solutions
using Copilot Studio, AI Builder,
