Business Analyst – Business Operations & Salesforce

We are looking for an operations-focused Business Analyst to support post-sales business operations by managing BAU requests, gathering requirements, improving business processes, and driving system enhancements across Salesforce and AI-powered business tools. This role requires solid analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve BAU tickets,



ensuring timely issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and process improvements.

Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications for technical teams.

Coordinate project delivery by defining scope, tracking milestones, managing RAID logs, and driving execution.

Recommend and support Salesforce enhancements, including Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Email Alerts, Picklists, and other platform configurations.

Perform data analysis, reporting, and operational insights to support business decision-making.

Partner with Customer Success, Onboarding, Billing, Deal Desk, Business Technology, and other cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios, executing test cases, and validating business requirements.

Participate in Agile ceremonie
