SAP Operator

Job Summary:

Responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining logistics and supply chain data in SAP, ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse, operations, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain data in SAP accurately and on time.

Create and process sales orders, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.

Update inventory, stock movements, and warehouse transactions in SAP.

Generate reports and MIS from SAP.

Coordinate with warehouse, operations, finance, and customer service teams.

Verify documents and ensure data accuracy.

Resolve SAP-related data discrepancies.

Maintain records in compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Support month-end and audit activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

13 years of experience in SAP operations, preferably in shipping, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
