Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive Business Loan sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing customers, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Source Business Loan customers through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, and business associates.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Conduct market visits to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Collect customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely loan disbursement.
