Position: Relationship Manager (RM) – Personal Loan (DSA Vertical)
Department: Sales – Personal Loan
Key Responsibilities:
- Source Personal Loan business through DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs and onboard current channel partners.
- Drive Personal Loan sourcing and achieve monthly disbursement targets.
- Guide DSAs on product features, eligibility, documentation, and processes.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for quick loan processing.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per company policies.
- Monitor DSA productivity and implement strategies to improve business volumes.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
