Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Deep expertise in HR and workforce advisory domains, including recruitment, organization structuring, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and performance management. Solid consulting capability to assess complex workforce challenges and translate them into practical, data-informed solutions. Proven experience working on large-scale projects in a global consultancy, niche advisory, or senior in-house HR environment. Ability to develop clear frameworks, presentations, and recommendations aligned to client and business priorities. Sound understanding of executive-level HR advisory, with the ability to support strategic workforce decisions and transformation initiatives.

Experience

- HR Operations (4+ years)
- Project Management (6+ years)




- Business Analysis (3+ years)
- Business Intelligence (3+ years)

Qualifications

- Master of Business Administration
- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
