Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reports.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets.
- Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Support forecasting and long-term financial planning initiatives.
Accounting & Compliance
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes and ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
- Ensure timely completion of compliance-related activities.
Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Strengthen internal control frameworks and risk management practices.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and records.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide financial advisory support to business functions.
- Effectively manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
Process Improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.
- Support the implementation of efficient financial systems, controls, and reporting processes.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- CA qualification must have been completed on or before 2022 (mandatory).
