- Recruit, train and Manage a team of Relationship Managers.
- Identify and generate sales leads for Affordable and MSME Loan.
- Maintaining regular communication with the customer throughout the loan processing and approval stage.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards related to home loan sale
Education & Experience:
- Graduate / Post Graduate.
- 5-7 years of experience in a team handling role.
