Job Description

Support all technical facility operations. Report to Lead Security & Engineering and ensure site systems operate reliably, safely, and compliantly as per contract.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, DG, lifts, and water systems, following approved schedules and safety standards.
- Coordinate and oversee AMC and service vendors: monitor performance, review work completion, and ensure all statutory and contract requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate equipment, asset, and service request logs; complete daily/weekly reports and provide input for monthly management updates.
- Attend and close Helpdesk requests promptly, minimizing downtime and client disruption.
- Enforce and follow health, safety, statutory and crisis management procedures for self, contractors, and service delivery teams; participate in safety drills and maintain audit-ready safety documentation.

- Support minor project work, installations, shutdowns, and asset upgrades as required.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 1+ years, or BE/BTech with 1 + years, technical FM experience.
- Technical expertise in facilities/engineering operations, vendor coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Good reporting, documentation, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and FM tools.
- Willing to work shifts and cover multiple buildings.
