Role & responsibilities

You will be responsible for all the related activities assigned to you.

a) Curriculum development

Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and educational objectives.

b) Classroom Management:

Establish and maintain a positive and supportive classroom setting conducive to learning.

c) Teaching and Instruction:

Deliver engaging and interactive instruction using a variety of teaching methods and techniques. Provide clear explanations, demonstrations, and examples to facilitate student understanding and mastery of content.

d) Student Support and Guidance:

Provide academic support and guidance to Coachs, including tutoring, remediation, and enrichment activities as needed.

e) Collaboration and Professional Development:

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and instructional strategies. Participate in professional learning communities, faculty meetings, and school-wide initiatives to support continuous improvement.

f) Parent Interaction:

Communicating with the parents regarding the champions academics and activities through Parent teacher’s meeting
