Role & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads across relevant industries
- Develop and execute growth strategies for all the above mentioned 7 divisions.




- Leverage social media and digital platforms to drive client acquisition and professional connect.
- Engage with clients, understand their needs, and tailor GCs service offerings accordingly
- Work closely with leadership to align business development with organizational goals

Requirements

- Graduation degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR services (consulting, compliance, or related)
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Proficient in social media marketing to generate business leads
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
