About the Role
We are looking for a agile Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for enterprise business requirements across industries such as BFSI, Telecom, Retail, FMCG, and other corporate domains. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for enterprise hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for enterprise roles.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver timely closures.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in enterprise or corporate hiring.
- Experience hiring for BFSI, Telecom, Retail, FMCG, Automobile other corporate roles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
