We are Looking For a Executive Assistant to add to our Team.
Location- Plot 267, JLPL Industrial Area, Sector-82, Mohali
Experience- 6 months 2 years (preferred)
Job Type- Full Time
Available Shift Timings:
- #### 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- #### 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilites
Qualification
- #### Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- #### Maintain employee attendance, records, and documentation.
- #### Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- #### Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility requirements.
- #### Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing company events.
- #### Handle documentation, filing, record management, and compliance-related tasks.
- #### Support onboarding and administrative requirements for new employees.
- #### Maintain and update internal reports, trackers, and operational records.
- #### Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistical arrangements when required.
- #### Ensure office policies and procedures are followed effectively.




- #### Strong English communication skills (verbal written).
- #### Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
- #### Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- #### Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- #### Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- #### Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
- #### Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- #### Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
