The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales for Herb Elementz Naturceuticals Pvt. Ltd. The BDE will play a key role in market expansion, strategic partnerships, and customer acquisition, while ensuring targets are met through proper planning, execution, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities Deliverables 1. Lead Generation Client Acquisition

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Generate quality leads via cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and channel partners.

2. Sales Execution

Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals.

Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

Follow up with leads to ensure consistent communication and conversion.

3. Market Competitor Analysis

Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.





Provide insights and recommendations for business growth and product positioning.

4. Reporting Documentation

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and lead status using CRM tools or Excel.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and business development activities.

Ensure all proposals, agreements, and deals are properly documented and communicated to internal teams.

5. Collaboration Coordination

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product development teams for campaign execution, lead nurturing, and feedback sharing.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.

Skills Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field

1 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in the FMCG, Beauty, Healthcare, or Pharma industry)
