Roles Responsibilities
- Supervise installation of mounting structures and mechanical fittings.
- Ensure correct alignment, leveling, and fastening of structures.
- Read and understand basic structure drawings and layouts.
- Guide helpers and fitters at the site.
- Ensure safety practices while working at heights.
- Coordinate with electrical and site teams for smooth execution.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma (Fitter / Mechanical).
- 2-5 years of experience in structure or fabrication work.
- Knowledge of tools, fasteners, and site safety standards.
- Ability to supervise site helpers.
- Willingness to work outdoors and at project sites.
