Program Consultant – Portuguese Speaker
to support and grow our international B2C sales efforts through high-volume outreach and strong conversion focus.
What You'll Own
- Own the full outbound motion, prospect, pitch, and close customers daily at high velocity through cold calling
- Engage with Portuguese-speaking customers, understand their needs, and confidently pitch Scale.jobs
- Drive conversions through effective communication, objection handling, and consistent follow-ups
- Operate in sync with US EST hours, understand the customer, the culture, and the clock
Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years of outbound / telesales experience (mandatory)
- Portuguese fluency is mandatory
- strong spoken communication in Portuguese
- Exceptional spoken English, explicit, confident, and persuasive every single time
- You've dialed hundreds of cold calls and know how to handle rejection without flinching
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US EST
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills with a clear focus on conversions
- Self-driven and execution-obsessed, you don't wait to be told what to do
