Job Description

Position : Merger Acquisition Analyst for Corporate Office New Delhi
Roles and Responsibilities :
Should have experience in Transaction Business and Deal Specialist
Asset Valuation
Commercial Due Diligence
Should understand State level policies
Should have experience handling of Renewable Energy Sector (Solar would be preferred)
Must be Chartered Accountant or MBA with at least 3 to 6 years of exp.
SAP Exposure (Absolute Essential SAP FICO)




Excellent communication skills with High focus on Business Acumen..
Absolute High caliber skilled required No Job Hoppers will be entertained
