Job Summary

Aaxis Nano Technologies is looking for a
Senior Procurement Executive
to manage procurement activities for
Instrumentation, Environmental Monitoring, Automation, Electrical & EPC projects
.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end
purchase and PO processing
through ERP.
- Source vendors, obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Procure
instruments, analyzers, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, control panels, cables, and electrical components
.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Engineering, Stores, and Finance teams.
- Track orders and ensure timely material delivery.
- Maintain vendor records,



purchase documentation, and ISO/audit compliance.
- Develop vendors and identify opportunities for
cost optimization and process improvement
.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in
Procurement/Purchase/Supply Chain
.
- Experience in
Instrumentation, Automation, Environmental Monitoring, Electrical, or EPC
preferred.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as
SAP/Oracle/Tally
.
- Positive communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
