Job Summary:

WovV Technologies, Global Business Productivity SaaS company, is hiring Senior Business Analyst (Mobile App, Loyalty, Malls, Retail industry) for Vadodara location.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to collect, analyse, and document requirements from stakeholders and customers.
- Understanding of how to create workflows and identify areas for process improvements in customer support operations.
- Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications documents (FSDs), user stories, and process maps.




- Effectively communicate requirements to technical teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between key stakeholders, including customer support teams and technical teams.
- Solid verbal and written communication to convey technical requirements to both business and IT teams as well as to interact with Client stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with team members and provide clear updates.
- Work with data clean, manipulate and analyse data for meaningful insights and updates.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes.
