Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic technology initiatives across eCommerce, Retail, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, proven program management experience, and expertise in delivering large-scale enterprise initiatives involving modern web applications, legacy AS400 (IBM i) systems, and supply chain technologies.

This role will drive cross-functional programs focused on web application redesign, digital transformation, supply chain optimization, and enterprise integrations. Experience with RELEX Solutions (or a similar supply chain planning platform) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs supporting eCommerce and Supply Chain initiatives.





Drive application modernization and web application redesign efforts to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Manage cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, QA, Infrastructure, Business Stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

Define project roadmaps, manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.

Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to integrate modern web applications with legacy AS400 (IBM i) systems.

Partner with Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics, Merchandising, and Fulfillment teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

Coordinate enterprise integrations involving Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, Inventory Management, and Fulfillment platforms.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure successful execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish best practices for program governance and delivery.
