- To lead the team of Hotel operational heads
- Preferably F&B; background Hotel Management Graduate
- Hotel Operations Management
- Guest Satisfaciton, Guest Relations
- Brand image management
- Responsible for P&L;
- Review on KRAs of Operational Heads
- Management Information System
- Team building, encourageous employee engagement
- Employee relations,
- Supporting in Recruitment of personal across all departments
Preferred candidate profile
- Preferably a Telugu speaking Hospitality qualified
- Proven track record as a Hotel Manager of a Luxury Hotels
- Preferably F&B; background Hotel Management
- Graduation in Hotel Management with rich experience at renowned brand hotels
- Age below 45 years.
- Able to communicate in Telugu.
