Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product analytics roadmap across key business areas.
- Define and monitor key metrics for engagement, retention, growth, and monetization.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and product performance to uncover actionable insights.
- Partner with Product, Growth, Engineering,



and Leadership teams to influence strategic decisions using data.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions for business stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and scalable event tracking in collaboration with Data Engineering teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
- Present insights and business recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support campaign measurement, attribution analysis, ROI tracking, and investor/business reporting.

Required Skills
- Solid expertise in
SQL
and
Python or R

- Hands-on experience with
A/B Testing
and experimentation methodologies.
- Proficiency in
Tableau, Looker, Metabase
, or similar BI tools.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as
