A leading india focused growth-stage private equity fund is looking to hire an Associate to join its investment team in Gurgaon.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to work on high-impact investments across sectors such as Consumer, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build financial models, perform valuations, and support investment analysis.

• Conduct business, commercial, and financial due diligence.

• Screen and evaluate potential investment opportunities.

• Prepare investment committee presentations and investment memorandums.

• Monitor portfolio performance and partner with portfolio companies on value creation initiatives.

• Conduct market and competitive research to support investment decisions.





Ideal Candidate

• 3–5 years of experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking.

• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.

• Experience across the investment lifecycle, including deal execution.

• Exposure to Consumer, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Managed Services is preferred.

• MBA from a premier institute with a solid academic background.

• Detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and passionate about investing in and scaling growth-stage businesses.
